iPod nano comes with built-in features to help you make the most of your fitness routines. Set a daily step goal with the built-in pedometer, create Run workouts set to your favorite music, and use iTunes to upload workout data to the Nike+ website. You can use a Bluetooth LE (low energy) heart rate monitor to track your heart rate on iPod nano as you exercise.
