You can listen to FM radio on iPod nano and set your favorite stations so you can find them quickly. With Live Pause, you can pause the live broadcast, then resume listening up to 15 minutes later. The Live Pause controls let you move back and forth through paused content so you can find just what you want to listen to. For radio stations that support it, you can also tag songs you like, then preview and purchase them on the iTunes Store.

Listening to FM radio

iPod nano uses the earphone or headphone cord as an antenna, so you must connect EarPods or headphones to iPod nano to receive a radio signal. For better reception, make sure the cord isn’t tangled or coiled.

2Tap Radio on the Home screen, then tap .

If the station supports RDS (Radio Data System), the song title, artist name, and station information appear in the display.
