Replacing Pilot Valves

Reference letters shown in the following instructions refer to Typical Installation diagram, page 7. Part num- bers refer to the Parts pages beginning on page 15.

1.Stop pump at the middle of its stroke.

2.Relieve pressure, page 11.

3.Disconnect the air line (M).

4.Use a 10 mm socket wrench to remove the old pilot valve (20).

5.Lubricate o-rings and install the new pilot valve (20). Torque to 95-105 in-lb (11-12 N.m).
