Selecting your own password
You can replace the password 3308, which has been set by the factory, with a

3Select the main menu item PREFERENCES using the control buttons. Then press the ENTER key.
4Select PASSWORD in the list of the subitems.
5Change to the only option CHANGE with the right con- trol button.
6Press the ENTER button. The following is shown on the television screen:

7Firstly, the input field behind OLD PASSWORD is auto- matically selected. Enter the password 3308, which has been set by the factory, with the number buttons 0 to 9.
8The marking changes automatically to the input field behind NEW PASSWORD Enter your new password with the number buttons 0 to 9.
9The marking changes automatically to the input field behind CONFIRM PWD Enter your new password again with the number buttons 0 to 9.
10Press the ENTER button. The list of subitems for the main menu item PREFERENCES is shown on the televi- sion screen. Your new password has now been activated.
Setting back the combination unit to the settings made in the factory
Note:
Before setting the unit back to the settings made in the factory: Take into consideration that by setting the val- ues back, each of your settings in the OSD menu will be lost.
