3.1.2Remove Radio’s Chassis

a.Remove the antenna. The antenna screws off counter- clockwise (Figure 3-3).

b.Remove the two screws at the back of the chassis (Figure 3-3).

c.Slide the chassis downwards a little and lift it away from the front housing (Figure 3-3).

NOTE

Please note that the flat ribbon cable still connects the controller board and the RF board. Be careful not to strain this cable while separating the chassis from the front housing.
