Stopwatch

1.To access stopwatch, press M to view the main menu

2.While "Go to" is highlighted in the menu, press to enter the submenu.

3.Press to highlight "Stopwatch" and press SEL.

4.Press to start timer. Press again to stop and again to resume the timer.

5.While timer is stopped, press to reset time.

Multiple Lap Timing

1.In stopwatch mode, when the timer is running, press SEL to start multiple lap timing function.

2.Press SEL to mark the second lap time, the unit will display the lap difference briefly on the display. Repeat this step to mark more laps (maximum 9 laps).

3. Press to stop the timer when all laps are finished.

4.Press and then + or to review all the lap times.

5.Press to clear all lap times and reset the timer.
