Before You Begin
Inserting Battery into the Player
Slide the battery compartment door to the side and lift up to open. Insert a AAA- size battery with polarities corresponding to the indications on the compartment. Close the door after the battery is inserted.

•The battery used in this device may present a risk of fire, explosion, or chemical burn if mistreated. Do not separately recharge, disassemble, heat above 100ºC (212ºF), or incinerate.
•Do not place the battery under direct sunlight or in excessively hot places over 45ºC (113ºF) such as the dashboard of car.
•Dispose of used battery promptly. Keep away from children. Do not disassemble and do not dispose of in fire.

•When storing the unit , be sure to remove the battery because they may leak and damage the unit.
•Battery may leak electrolyte if inserted incorrectly, if disposed of in fire, or if an attempt is made to charge a battery not intended to be recharged.
•Discard leaky battery immediately. Leaking battery may cause skin burns or other personal injury.
•Dispose of battery, according to federal, state and local regulations.
