INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS

CAUTION This equipment is not igni- tion protected and employs compo- nents that tend to produce arcs or sparks. To reduce the risk of fire or explosions, do not install in compart- ments containing batteries or flam- mable materials or areas in which ignition-protected equipment is re- quired.

WARNING

For continued protection against risk of electric shock, use only the ground- fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) type receptacles detailed in this owner's manual. Other types may fail to operate properly when connected to this inverter, resulting in a potential shock hazard.

CAUTION To reduce the risk of electric shock and prevent premature failure due to corrosion, do not mount where exposed to rain or spray.

CAUTION To prevent fire, do not obstruct ventilation openings. Do not mount in a zero clearance compartment, overheating may result.

NOTICE The output of this device is not sinusoidal. It has a maximum total har- monic distortion of 47% and a maximum single harmonic of 34%.
