Reassembly

1Insert new piston rod from kit in motor housing.

Compressor Rebuild Kit

5Replace motor fan and center fan bolt.

6Tighten bolt.

7 Replace motor

2 Replace and tighten piston bolt.

3 Replace top motor hosing and 4 bolts.

cover and screws.

4 Tighten bolts.

8Reconnect air line from motor to cooler.

9Replace back cover. See Removing and Replacing Hopper, Front and Back Cover, page 9.
