Lay gun cable out straight before

threading wire.

 

Tools Needed:

Open pressure assembly.

.Hold wire tightly to keep it from unraveling.

6 in (150 mm)

Pull and hold wire; cut off end.

Push wire thru guides into gun;

 

continue to hold wire.

.Hold wire in groove before closing pressure assembly.

Close and tighten pressure assembly, and let go of wire.

Lay gun cable out straight and

remove gun nozzle and contact tip.

Tighten

POWER

Turn power ON.

Press gun trigger until wire comes out of gun. Reinstall contact tip and nozzle

Feed wire to check drive roll pressure.

Cut off wire approximately 5/16 in (8 mm)

Tighten knob enough to prevent slipping.
