• Plug the power supply into a grounded receptacle ONLY. Do not cut off the grounding prong or use any power cord or adapter without a grounding prong.

• Always assume the power is ON. Do not attempt any maintenance until you have verified that the power is OFF by unplugging the power supply from the Clarity.

• Never turn the machine on while someone is performing maintenance or repair.

• Keep your hair, hands, and clothing clear of the machine while it is in operation.

• This product is not intended to be used in an explosive environment.

• Unit should be positioned so that it can easily be disconnected from the power source.
