A full calibration of the Clarity involves the following five steps:
Step 1: Preliminary Camera Focus: This step is performed from the Technician screen. There you will find a button labeled Camera Focus. Select this button and follow the instructions on the right side of the screen. This calibration will require the use of the 58mm round pattern found in the accessory kit.
Step 2: Camera - This calibration sets the Brightness, Shutter and Gain of the camera. Select the Calibrate button and a box will appear that is titled Remove Lens. Select OK and in a couple of seconds another box will appear that will say The camera calibration is completed. Select OK to complete this step.
Step 3: Screen Calibration – This calibration requires the use of the 58mm round pattern found in the accessory kit. (See Fig. 1.4) Select the Calibrate button and a box will appear titled Graphics Scale Calibration. It prompts you to put the 58mm round pattern in the chamber and select OK. Within a couple of seconds another box will appear with the same title saying that the screen graphics have been calibrated. Select OK to complete this step.
