desserts (programme 3)

You will find several recipes for milk desserts in the recipe book supplied with the appliance.

Start the appliance

• Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the MAX level - fig.24.

• Place the support on the base of the appliance - fig.25. The pots must be suspended

- fig.9.

Please note:

If you don't want to use all the pots every time, you must block the unused holes with an empty pot for the 6 pot version or the pot lids - fig.6 for the 12 pot version.

This will not affect the yoghurt fermentation time.

Suspend the pots with the preparation without their lids on the support - fig.10.

Close the lid over the product - fig.11.

Plug in the appliance.

Choose the “Milk dessert” programme 3 pressing the key .

Confirm the programme using the key .

Select the cooking time from the recipe using the buttons + and –.

Confirm by pressing the button .

The cycle starts - fig.26.

At any time, you can interrupt the cooking process and return to the program selection by pressing continuously on .

Note :

During cooking you can adjust the time using the + and – keys.

The new time is registered automatically after a few seconds.
