Prerequisite information
The instructions in this guide are intended for system administrators who have the following skills and knowledge:
•A background in direct access storage device subsystems and their basic functions
•Familiarity with EVA and related disk array management software such as CommandView EVA
•An understanding of VSS installation and configuration of the recovery volumes within VSS
•Familiarity with the Windows Server 2003 operating system
•Familiarity with Exchange 2003 administration
