ISDN cables

The ISDN S/T cable, shown in Figure 35, is a 4-core twisted pair cable. Both ends of

 

the cable have RJ-45 connectors in which pin 3 and pin 6 are the sending end, and

 

pin 4 and pin 5 are the receiving end.

The ISDN U cable, shown in Figure 36, is a 2-core twisted pair cable. One end has an RJ11 connector and the other end has an output terminal (OT) connector.
