PROBLEM	POSSIBLE CAUSES			WHAT TO DO
Detergent left in	•	Dishes block detergent	•	Reload the dishes properly.

Steam!	•	Normal phenomenon	• There is some steam coming
				through the vent by the door latch
				during drying and water draining.

Black or grey marks on dishes!

•Aluminium utensils have rubbed against dishes

•Use a mild abrasive cleaner to eliminate those marks by hand.

Water standing in			• A small amount of clean water
the bottom of the	•	This is normal	around the outlet on the tub bottom
			at the back of the tub keeps the
tub!			water seal lubricated. No action
			needed.
			• Be careful not to overfill the rinse
			aid dispenser.
	•	Overfilled dispenser or	• Spilled rinse aid could cause
			oversudsing and lead to
		rinse aid has spilled
			overflowing.
			• Wipe away any spills with a damp
			cloth.
Dishwasher leaks!

•Dishwasher isn’t level

•Make sure the dishwasher is level.

•3-in-1 Tablets

•Make sure if you’re using 3-in-1 tablets that you do not put rinse aid and salt into the appliance as well.
