Output selection

Connect the DVD Recorder & VCR to your TV via HDMI or DVI. Set your TV's input to HDMI or DVI.

Press the P.SCAN button while the unit is in Stop mode to select the HDMI output resolution as follows: 576i 576p 720p 1080i

HDMI/DVI does not support 576i. Video with 576i resolution can only be viewed through the analog outputs (Composite/S-Video/Component)

576p.

 

 

 

 

Setting Up the Parental Control

The Parental Control function works in conjunction with DVDs that have been assigned a rating - which helps you control the types of DVDs that your family watches. There are up to 8 rating levels on a disc.

 

With the unit in Stop mode/No Disc mode, press

1 the MENU button on the remote control.

 

Press the …† buttons to select Setup, then press
