TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

No spark at ODS

1. Ignitor wire off ODS or Piezo.

1. Check and re-attach ignitor wire.

 

2.

Ignitor wire shorting out on casing.

2. Move ignitor wire.

Defective piezo ignitor.

3. Replace Piezo ignitor.

 

4.

Wrong gap from electrode.

4.

Set gap at 3/16”.

 

 

 

 

 

Spark but no ignition

No gas to heater.

Check and turn on gas.
