You can order the following accessories for your air conditioner from your local authorized dealer or by calling l-800-253-1301 from anywhere in the U.S.A. You will hear a recording. Follow the instructions to place an order. In Canada, see an authorized dealer or see “Requesting Assistance or Service in Canada” on page 29.

Installation kits

A standard installation kit is included with your air condi- tioner. These special installation kits are available:

Replacement air filters

A good, clean air filter is important for best cooling with least energy consumption. Your air filter should be cleaned regularly. See page 14 for cleaning instructions. We suggest you replace your air filter once a year.

Heavy-duty cover

If you decide to leave your air conditioner installed during the winter, a heavy-duty cover will help protect your air conditioner and reduce drafts. The cover protects against cold drafts through the unit’s air passages and protects the cabinet from snow, rain, sleet, rust, and dust.

Filtros de aire de reemplazo

Cubierta resistente

Si usted decide dejar instalado su acondicionador de aire durante el invierno, una cubietta resistente ayudara a proteger su aparato y reducir las corrientes de aire. La cubierta protege contra las corrientes de aire frio a traves de 10s orificios de paso de aire de la unidad y protege el gabinete contra la nieve, la Iluvia, el agua nieve, la oxidation y el polvo.

Para obtener una cubierta resistente del tamaho adecuado para su acondicionador de aire, ordene pieza #484069.

Commande d’accessoires

Filtre 5 air de remplacement

Un filtre a air propre et en bon &at joue un role important pour I’obtention du meilleur refroidissement et de la plus basse consommation d’energie. II convient de nettoyer le filtre a air a intervalles reguliers. Voir les instructions de nettoyage a la page 16. On suggere que le filtre a air soit remplace une fois par an.

Ensembles d’installation

Un ensemble d’installation standard est fourni avec le climatiseur. Des ensembles d’installation speciaux sont disponibles :

Housse (service rigoureux)

Si on choisit de laisser le climatiseur install4 pendant I’hiver, une housse de protection pour service rigoureux le protegera et eliminera les courants d’air. La housse protege contre le passage de I’air froid a travers I’appareil, et protege le climatiseur contre neige, pluie, givre, rouille et poussiere. Pour obtenir une housse (service rigoureux) de dimensions adaptees a celle du climatiseur, com- mander la piece no 484069.
