Installation of LPG

Conversion Kit:

1)Shut off the gas supply.

2)Open the front door and carefully re- move the logs and lava rock.

3)Remove burner. See diagram below.

Note:

Use a magnetic type screwdriver if possible.

Pilot assembly is now accessible.

4)Pull off the pilot cap to expose the pilot orifi ce.

5)Unscrew the pilot orifi ce with the allen key; then replace with the LPG pilot orifi ce and the pilot cap, provided in the kit.

6)Remove burner orifi ce with a 1/2" wrench. Use another wrench to hold on to the elbow behind the orifi ce. Discard orifi ce.

7)Reinstall new burner orifi ce LPG stamped #52 and tighten.

8)Turn control knob to the “OFF” position.

9)Remove the black protection cap by hand from the hi-low knob (Fig.1).
