Step 2: Setup the Receiver

HDTV Connection with receiver:

HD Projector or HD Flat Penel TV

1.Connect the supplied mini USB power adapter to the DC IN jack of the receiver and a wall socket. The POWER LED indicator lights up in green when the receiver is connected to power.

2.Connect either a USB based Keyboard or Mouse to the USB port on the back of the receiver.

*(IOGEAR Wireless AV Multimedia Keyboards with trackball make a perfect companion: GKM561R, GKM681R, GKM581R and GKM571R)

3.Connect an HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT jack of the receiver and to the HDMI-IN on the HDTV (or an HD projector).

Press the Source button on your receiver or the left and right arrows button on the remote to select the appropriate “HDMI” video input.

4.Plug in the IR sensor extender cable provided. Please refer to page 14, Step 3 of the Hardware Installation section.
