11	Adjusting Top Brackets
Tools Needed:	With horizontal tracks installed, you can
Power Drill	now adjust the top brackets. Vertically
	align the top section of the door with the
7/16” Socket	lower sections. Once aligned, position
	the top bracket slide, out against the
Driver
	horizontal track.
7/16” Wrench	Maintaining the slide’s position, tighten
Step Ladder	the (1) 5/16” - 18 nut to secure the slide
	to the top bracket. Next lock the top
	slide into place on the top bracket using
	(1) 1/4” - 20 x 9/16” track bolt and (1)
	1/4” - 20 hex nut through any two
	aligning holes. Repeat for other side.

INSTALLATION

(1)1/4”- 20 x 9/16” track bolt

(1)5/16”- 18 NUT

Tools Needed:	End bearing brackets are right and left		UPPER SLOTS
Power Drill			USED ON 15”
	hand. Break the end bearing brackets
			RADIUS TRACK
7/16” Socket	apart.
	Starting on the left hand side and using
Driver			Wallangle
	the upper slots in the end bearing
9/16” Socket
		Break
	bracket, position above the wallangle
Ratchet Wrench		the end
	and secure the end bearing bracket to
		bearing
9/16” Wrench	the horizontal angle using (2) 3/8”-16		Horizontal
		brackets
	x 3/4” truss head bolts and (2) 3/8”-16
Step Ladder		apart	angle
	nuts.
			Left hand end
	IMPORTANT: End bearing brackets		bearing bracket
	must be attached through the	(1) 5/16” x 1-5/8”	(2) 3/8”-16 x 3/4”
	upper slots on 15” radius track.
		lag screw	truss head bolts
	Once the bracket is secured to the	Wallangle
	horizontal angle, secure the top of the
	end bearing bracket to the jamb using

(1)5/16” x 1-5/8” lag screw. Repeat for right hand side.

NOTE: Right and left hand is always	(2) 3/8”-16
	nuts
determined from inside the building
