WARNING: This appli- ance is for installation only in a solid-fuel burn- ing masonry or UL127 factory-built fireplace, constructed of noncom- bustible material and connected to a working flue. (See page 6 for mini- mum flue opening.)

WARNING: This is a gas- fired heater. It uses air (oxygen) from the room in which it is installed. Provi- sions for adequate com- bustion and ventilation air must be provided. Refer to the National Fuel Gas Codes, ANSI Z233.1/NFPA 54,Section5.3,AirforCom- bustion and Ventilation.

State of Massachusetts: The installation must be made by a licensed plumber or gas fitter in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
