Wrap the threads on the nipple using Teflon tape.
Install the nipple on the rough. Tighten the nipple using an 8 mm Allen wrench.

The nipple should extend 1" - 1⅛" from the surface of the finished wall.
Use a 17 mm socket wrench to remove the bolt from the handle side of the rough.
Remove the nut, flush insert, and sealing ring.
