AILES DE POULET STYLE BUFFALO AVEC TREMPETTE AU BLEU

1,75 L d’huile d’arachide ou végétale (7 tasses)

TREMPETTE AU BLEU : 120 g de fromage bleu (4 onces) 125 mL de mayonnaise (1/2 tasse) 125 mL de crème sure (1/2 tasse) 15 mL de vinaigre de vin rouge (1 c. à soupe)

POULET:
