■La cuisinière est-elle d'aplomb? Régler l'aplomb de la cuisinière. Voir les Instructions d'installation.

■La température correcte est-elle réglée? Vérifier la recette dans un livre de recettes fiable.

■Le calibrage de la température du four est-il réglé correctement? Voir “Ajustement de la température” dans la section “Réglage”.

■Le four a-t-il été préchauffé? Voir les sections “Cuisson au four”, “Cuisson au gril”, ou “Cuisson au four par convection”.

■Utilise-t-on un ustensile de cuisson au four approprié? Voir la section “Ustensiles de cuisson”.

■L'évent du four est-il obstrué? Voir la section “Évent du four”.

■Les grilles sont-elles installées correctement? Voir la section “Positionnement des grilles et ustensiles de cuisson”.

■Existe-t-il une circulation d'air appropriée autour des ustensiles de cuisson? Voir la section “Positionnement des grilles et ustensiles de cuisson”.

■La pâte est-elle distribuée uniformément dans le plat? Vérifier que la pâte est répartie uniformément dans le plat.

■Utilise-t-on une durée de cuisson appropriée? Ajuster la durée de cuisson.
