Two/Three stage cooking: Repeat steps 1 and 2 above then press Start, the oven will beep twice between stages. e.g.Casseroles - HIGH 10 mins to bring to the boil, then

MED LOW 30 mins to finish by simmering.

You can select different power levels for cooking foods at different speeds, refer to the chart below.
