MAINTENANCE

WARNING

Possibility of injury from rotating parts and electrical shock exist in this oven. Turn off and lockout or tagout electrical supply to oven(s) before attempting to disassemble, clean or service oven(s). Never disas- semble or clean the oven with the blower switch or any other part of the oven turned on.

WARNING

Before performing any maintenance work or cleaning,

turn main power switch off.

CAUTION

When cleaning do not use any abrasive cleaning

materials or water spray, wipe clean only. Never use a water hose or pressurized steam cleaning equipment when cleaning this oven.

NOTICE

If the oven is to be removed from its installed location for servicing, perform the following procedure:

1.Switch off the oven and allow it to cool. Do NOT service the oven while it is warm.

2.Turn off main circuit breakers and disconnect connector from oven.

3.Turn the adjustable legs to put weight on the casters.

4.Move oven to desired location for servicing.

5.When servicing is complete, move oven to original location.

6.Adjust legs to level oven and take weight off casters.

7.Connect electrical and gas connectors to oven.

8.Turn on main circuit breakers.

9.Follow normal startup instructions.
