1. Check the model and serial numbers on the card to see that they match the numbers on the data plate• The data plate is located on the front of the oven when the door is open. If the numbers on the card are not the same as those on the data plate,

cross out the numbers on the card and write in the numbers as

they appear on the data plate2. Mail the card. The return address

is included on the reverse side of the card.
