USING THE FRYER (After Startup)
1.Load the fry basket(s), do not overfill.
2.Carefully lower basket(s) into shortening.
3.Press the desired number to select the product to be timed. Timers 
through 
are
programmed for products. Once the product is selected, select

button to start timing of the product on the left or right side of the fryer.
4.When the timer(s) time out, a beeper sounds, REMOVE # is displayed in the window and the timer number flashes. Press the flashing timer number to silence the beeper.
NOTE: To cancel the timer after countdown has started, press and hold the flashing timer number for at least 3 seconds.
SHUTDOWN
1. Press the power switch OFF.
EXTENDED SHUTDOWN
1.Press the power switch off.
2.Drain the fryer.
3.Unplug the fryer.
