Processing with the Dosing Cup
The Dosing Cup opening in the cover of the food processor allows you to add liquids in a gradual, continuous flow.
To use, slowly pour the liquid through the Dosing Cup while the processor is running. The gradual adding of the liquid assures a uniform consistency or a perfect emulsion in salad dressings.
