The warming drawer is used for keeping

hotfoodsat servingtemperatureandrais- ingandproofingbread.It mayalsobeused

in warmingbreadsandpastries.

SETTING THE CONTROLS:

I. If usingrack,positionwhereneeded.

2.switchPUShthether°ckerrightLotow © High for High setting

andto the left for WarmingDrawer Low setting,

3. Allow the drawerto preheatfor ten minutes,

4.Placefoodin warmingdrawer.

5.Whenfinished,pushthe rockerswitch to thecenterpositionto turn off.

NOTES:....

•Do not let food sit for more than one hour before or after cooking.

•Food must be at servingtempera-

ture before being placedin the drawer.

•Breads, pastriesandfruitpiesmaybe warmedfromroomtemperatureon

HIGHsetting,

•Useonlyoven-safecookware,

•Removefoodfrom plasticbagsand placein anoven-safecookware,
