Important!

Side catalytic panels (not supplied with the oven, purchased optionally)

If you roast or grill a lot of meat and hardly ever bake, heating an empty oven for 60-90 mins at 250oC on Bake from time to time will help the panels to break down any greasy soiling. To remove large food particles: gently wash the panels in warm soapy water. Rinse in clean water and allow to dry naturally. If the panels become oversaturated, they will appear shiny and their ability to ‘self- clean’ will be reduced. In this event, they can be reversed.

These panels are normally ‘self- cleaning’ because their special enamel breaks down greasy splatters when the oven is used for ‘non-greasy’ baking, especially at high temperatures.

Never use scourers, brushes, abrasives or cleaners with acid or alkali content on the catalytic panels.

The Fisher & Paykel OB60S is a sophisticated built-in oven that expertly combines modern technology and elegant design, making it an excellent choice for culinary enthusiasts and everyday cooks alike. This appliance offers a multitude of features that enhance the cooking experience while ensuring exceptional results.

One of the standout characteristics of the OB60S is its spacious oven capacity. With 60 liters of usable space, it provides ample room for cooking large meals or multiple dishes simultaneously. This is particularly beneficial for families or individuals who frequently entertain guests, as it allows for efficient meal preparation without compromising on quality.

The oven incorporates advanced cooking technologies such as the ActiveVent system, which facilitates optimal airflow for uniform cooking results. This technology ensures that heat is evenly distributed throughout the oven, helping to eliminate hot spots and allowing dishes to cook thoroughly. Whether baking, roasting, or broiling, users can expect consistent and reliable outcomes.

Another notable feature is the EasyClean function, which simplifies the cleaning process. This function activates pyrolytic self-cleaning, where the oven heats to high temperatures to incinerate food residues and spills, reducing them to ash. As a result, users can enjoy a hassle-free cleanup experience, allowing them to focus more on cooking rather than maintaining their appliance.

The OB60S is equipped with intuitive controls that make it easy for users to navigate settings and adjust cooking modes. The user-friendly interface includes a digital display and a selection of cooking modes, ranging from conventional baking to fan bake and grill settings. This versatility caters to a variety of culinary needs, empowering users to experiment with different cooking styles.

Safety is also a priority in the design of the Fisher & Paykel OB60S. It comes with a triple-glazed door that stays cool to the touch, ensuring that accidental burns are minimized. Additionally, the oven features a child lock function, providing peace of mind for those with young children at home.

In summary, the Fisher & Paykel OB60S offers a blend of functionality and elegance. With its spacious capacity, advanced cooking technologies, self-cleaning capabilities, and user-friendly controls, this built-in oven is designed to meet the demands of modern cooking while ensuring safety and convenience.
