OPERATION

Make sure the unit is connec ted to the appropria te power source.

For the option to accommodate 2-1/2” (65mm) deep pans, one set of (2) #11002 Pan Slide Supports are required.

Remove the two (2) #1220 Pan Slides Supports from the center pan position inside the cabinet, and replace with the two (2) #11002 Pan Slide Supports using the same Pan Slide Mounting Screws (SC-2268).

The cabinet is equ ipp ed wit h a special, low heat den sity, hea ting cable. Through the Hal o Heat con- cept, the heating cable is mounted agai nst the walls of the warm ing compa rtme nt to pro vide an evenly applied, therm ost at controlle d, heat source. The des ign and operat ion al characteristics of the cabinet eliminat e the need for a moi sture pan or a heat circula ting fan. Through even heat appl icatio n, the qua lity of a foo d product is mainta ined up to sev eral hou rs.
