S TA RT-UP

O PE R AT ION

BEFORE INI TIAL

USE:

Interi or oven surfaces must be heated to remo ve surface oils and the accomp anying odor prod uce d during the first use of the oven.

1.Wipe all wire shelve s, side racks and the full oven inte rior with a clea n, damp cloth. Install the ove n side rack s, oven shelv es, and exte rnal drip tray. Shelves are installed with the curved edge towa rd the back of the oven. Inser t the drip pan on the interio r bottom surface of the ove n.

2.• Close the ove n doors

Press and releas e con trol ON /OFF key.

Press the COOK key.

Pres s the up and down arro ws to set the cooki ng temperat ure to 300°F (149°C).

3.• Press the TIME key.

Press the up and down arrows to set the cooki ng time to approximatel y 2 hours.

Allow the oven to cyc le for approximat ely 2 hours or unti l no odo r is detect ed.
