One brief beep indicate s a YES (enabled) respons e to the inform ati on entered

 

Two brie f beep s indic ate a NO (disabled) response to the inform ation ent ered int o the control .

 

A beep

that lasts for one second indi cates an oven mode TRANSITION. Exa mple : Prehea t to Ready -St art.

Three

brief

beeps

indicate the oven is in the READ Y mode for produ ct loadi ng and START-UP.

 

Four brief

beeps

indic ate an existi ng FAULT cond ition. Refer to the Troub le Shoot ing sect ion of this manual .

Beeper volume can be changed. With the control in the OFF mode, press and hold the DOWN ARROW Key until the display exhibits one of the 4 volume levels (0 being OFF or the lowest, and 3 being the highest). After each change, the butto n must be released and the display must clear before the procedu re can be repeat ed to select a different volume level.

OPE RATI NG FEATURES

Turn the Oven Control Pane l Off:

Pres s and hold the ON/OFF Key unt il the oven bee ps. The ON/OFF indica tor ligh t will go out .

Stop an Operation:

Pres s and hold the START Key for several second s unti l the control beeps , indica ting the oper ation has been can cell ed. The oven will remain in a power-on state .

WAIT ONE FULL MINUTE

to allow the probe temperature to

 

 

decreas e to the internal temperature of the product . Press the start

 

 

button to begin the cooking process after this probe tempera ture

 

 

adjust ment period. A false probe read ing of the internal produc t

 

 

tem pera ture

will

cause

the

ove n

to

default

to

a

holding

reaches the set cook tempera ture. Once the

 

 

temper atur e has sta bili zed, this indi cator will

 

 

illu minat e periodi cal ly as the oven

calls for hea t.

heati ng, the cont rol will retain, in memory, the

 

program med oper atin g conditi ons.

When powe r

 

is restor ed, the cont rol will resume ope rati ng

 

 

from the point whe re it was inte rrupte d and the

 

ON/OFF indica tor light

will flash, indic ati ng that

 

such an even t did occu r. The opera tor can turn

 

off the flashi ng light by pres sing the ON/OFF

key.
