Cook/Smoke			Using Preset Menu Key s:
Press and rele ase control ON / OFF key .
• The green indicator light on the ON/OFF Key will illuminate.
• The oven wil l beep for one seco nd.
					C AU TIO N
• The oven wil l begin operating in the hold mode .
					TO MAINTAIN SAFE TEMPERATURE
• The amber hold indicator will illu minate.					LEVELS, COLD FOOD FOR
					RETHERMALIZATION OR REHEATING
• The previ ous ly set hold temperatu re will be displaye d.					MUST NEVER BE ADDED TO THE OVEN
					WHILE HOT FOODS ARE BEING HELD.
• PRESET Keys with stored cooking programs will have green indicator illum inated.

• Halo Hea t and Pre-H eat indicator				will illu minate.

• Both the Ready and Start indicator ligh ts will flash.
➥The set cook temperature wil l be maintain ed by the oven and appear in the display
whi le in the ready/start mod e.				by probe, remove probe from its bracket, wip e the prob e
Load the food		inside oven . If cooking
tip with a dis posable alcohol pad and				insert pro be properly	into produc t. Close the oven door.
No te:	The oven wil l bee p 3 times every 25 second s until the oven is loaded and the
	START Key pressed.

HOLD
