How to determine the amount of adjustment needed

The chart at the right tells you how much to adjust the offset temperature to get the desired cooking results. You can determine cooking results by the amount of browning, moistness, and rising times for baked foods.

l Preheating is not necessary when broiling.

l Leave the door partly open whenever using the oven to broil. This allows the oven to maintain proper temperatures.

3.Position door.

Close the door to the Broil Stop position (open about 4 inches [lo cm]). The door will stay open by itself.
