3.Turn the Set Knob clockwise until the desired baking/roast- ing time, up to 11 hours 55 minutes, shows on the large display.

4.Press the Bake Temp button.

5.Turn the Set Knob to set the desired baking/roasting tem-

perature.

After the temperature is set, the tem- perature display will change to 100°F and increase until the oven temperature reaches the set temperature.

6.When baking/roasting time is completed, three tones will sound.
