OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

3.All food should be placed in the oven before the Sabbath begins, since none may be placed in the oven during the Sabbath.

4.On the Sabbath, the oven door may only be opened once, all the food removed and then closed. On the Holidays, the oven door may be opened/closed at any time as often as desired.

5.On the Holidays, the temperature may be adjusted (but not initiated or turned off ) at any time (because there is a delay between the request and implementation).

NOTE:

Using convection will cycle the convection fan off when door is opened.

Please note that opening the oven door will cause the oven lights to turn on. This can be avoided by turning on the lights at the control panel and leaving them on over the entire Sabbath Holiday.

On the Holidays, adjusting the oven temperature (once the oven is on) may be allowed. This can be done by pressing the oven mode key and then entering a new temperature. Note that there is a slight delay (approxi- mately 5 seconds) between the time the new temperature is selected and the oven starts heating.

BAKE:

The Bake mode uses hot air; there is no fan. The air movement comes from natural convection. As

the air heats, it moves to the top of the oven. Standard Bake mode is still the best overall time- BAKE tested standard for the most desired baking results.

Example of foods suitable for Bake mode:

-Appetizers

-Pies, Cakes

-Breads

-Desserts

-Main Dishes

-Oven Meals

-Poultry

-Roasts

To get the best results using Bake:

Follow the recipe amounts and ingredients, including the size and shape of the baking utensil recommended in the recipe.

Do not open the oven door. Rather, use the interior light and look through the window.

Never use the oven for storage.

If you are using glass utensils, lower the temperature 25°F.

Use the oven timer, set it for the minimum time suggested.

DCS (Deep Cycle Systems) has developed a series of innovative models aimed at enhancing energy storage solutions in various applications. Among the notable offerings in this series are the WOT-230, WOTD-230, WOTD-227, WOT-227, and WOT-127 models, each characterized by distinct features and technologies.

The WOT-230 model stands out for its high-capacity deep-cycle capabilities, making it ideal for applications that demand reliable energy over extended periods. This model is equipped with advanced lead-acid technology, which ensures a longer lifespan and robust performance. Its enhanced design provides exceptional resistance to cyclic degradation, enabling users to benefit from optimal energy use while minimizing maintenance requirements.

Similarly, the WOTD-230 model builds upon the strengths of the WOT-230 by incorporating a unique design that provides extra durability and versatility. One of its main features is its lighter weight, which enhances portability and ease of installation. This model is particularly suitable for recreational vehicles and marine applications, where mobility and reliability are crucial.

Moving on to the WOTD-227, this variant further emphasizes efficiency, offering a slightly smaller capacity without sacrificing performance. Its characteristics include improved charge retention and a sophisticated battery management system that optimizes charging cycles and prolongs overall life. This model is particularly advantageous for users who require consistent energy availability while prioritizing compactness.

Another model, the WOT-227, shares many features with the WOTD-227 but is designed for slightly different applications. It provides enhanced thermal management, allowing it to perform reliably in a wider variety of environmental conditions. Users can expect excellent performance whether deployed in extreme heat or cold, enhancing its usability for off-grid systems and remote installations.

Lastly, the WOT-127 model serves as an entry-level option in this impressive lineup. Despite its smaller size, it boasts advanced safety features and a streamlined design that makes it an excellent choice for small-scale energy storage needs. This model is particularly popular among hobbyists and DIY enthusiasts due to its cost-effectiveness and ease of use.

In summary, DCS's WOT series of deep-cycle batteries provides a versatile range of options catering to different energy storage needs. Each model is engineered with advanced technologies, emphasizing durability, efficiency, and user-friendliness, meeting the expectations of a variety of consumers across multiple sectors. Whether for recreational or practical applications, these batteries offer reliable solutions for modern energy demands.
