Blender Recipes
•When making blender drinks and recipes, add the liquid or softer items first, then add the harder foods on top.
•Always place the Lid in position before operating.
•Blend until the desired consistency is reached, usually 15 to 30 seconds is all that is needed.
The Panamanian Dream
3 large Papayas, pitted and peeled
1 large Fig
4 fresh Dates
1 Coconut juice and meat only
The Costa Rican
1Lemon
1sweet Mango
4 Apples, golden or delicious 1/2 cup
1 cup ice and water to taste
A Good Milkshake 4 cups Milk
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 cup Ice, crushed
1/2 pint vanilla Ice Cream (or your favorite flavor)
Add chocolate syrup, butterscotch or caramel for added flavors

1 large Carrot, sliced thin
1/3 small Onion, coarsely chopped 1 Tbsp. both Lemon and Lime juice Dash of Worcestershire sauce Dash of Tabasco sauce
1/3 tsp. Salt, to taste Dash of black Pepper

1 frozen Banana
1 tsp. Maple syrup pinch of Nutmeg
1 serving chocolate Whey protein 1/4 cup fat free Milk
