PARA CAMBIAR LA CORREA DE IMPULSION DE LA CUCHILLA SEGADORA

La correa de impulsiSn de la cuchilla segadora se puede cambiar sin herramientas. Estacione el tractor en una supefficie nivelada. Enganche el franc de estacionamiento.

REMOCION DE LA CORREA -

1.Remueva la segadora de{ tractor (Vea"PARA REMOVER LA SEGADOR,_'de esta secciSn

de este manual).

2, Haga salir la correa de las poleas del mandril y de las poleas de gu{a.

3, Tire la correa a]ejb,ndola de la segadora.

INSTALAC!QN DE LA CQRREA

1.Haga rodar la correa alredeor de ambas poleas del mandrin y de las poleas-guias.

2.Aseg_rese las correas esten en todas las ranuras de las peleas y al interior todas las gulas de la correa.

3.Instale lasegadora (v_a" PARA INSTALAR LA SEGADORA" en esta seccibn de este manual).

MONTAJE DE LA CORREA

1, Instale la correa nueva de la parte de atr&s a la parte de adelante del tractor, pas&ndola pot encima de fa placa de direcci6n (F) y del v&stago del pedar del embrague / franc (G).

2.Jale la correa hacia la parte de adelante del tractory p_seb por sobre lapolea del motor (E).

3.Jale 1a correa hacia la parte de atr&s dei tractor. Con mucho cuidado, mueva la correa hacia abajo y pb,sela alrededor del ventilador de transmisi6n y por encima de la polea de entrada (D). CerciSrese de qua la correa est6 calzada dentro del guardacorrea.

4.Coloque la correa sobre et pi55n central (C).

5.Pase la correa a trav_s del pi56n estacionario

(A) y del pi56n del embrague (B),

6, Asegt_rese de qua fa correa calce en todas las ranuras de las poleas y dentro de todas las guias y guardacorreas_

5.Instale la SEGADORA (Ver "PARA MON- TAR LA SEGADORA" en este capftulo del manual).

DESMONTAJE DE LA CORREA

1.Desmonte la cortadora (Ver"PARA DESMON- TAR LA CORTADOR,_' en este capitu]o del

manual),

NOTE: Observe toda la correa de transmisiSn de la fuerza electromotriz y la posiciSn de todas las gu[as y guardacorreas.

2, Retire la correa del pi55n estacionario (A) y del pi56n de embrague (B).

3.Retire la correa del pir_Sncentral (C).

6.Jale el cable de la correa hacia la parte de atrb,s deI tractor. Con mucho cuidado, retire la correa de la polea de entrada de la trans- misiOn, movi_ndola hacia arriba y pas&ndola

por encima de las paletas del ventilador (D).

4.Retire la correa de la polea del motor moviO- ndofa hacia abajo (E).

5.Deslice la correa hacia la parte de atr#,s del

tractor, retirela de la placa de direcci6n (F) Y55 quitela del tractor.
