Whenoperatedandmaintainedaccordingto all suppliedinstructions,if any non-expendablepart of this ridingequipmentfailsdueto a defectin materialor workmanshipwithintwoyearsfromthe dateor purchase,call 1-800-659-5917to arrangefor free in-homerepair.

Theframeandfrontaxle will berepairedfree of chargeforfiveyearsfromthe dateof purchaseif defectiveinmaterialorworkmanship.

Allof the abovewarrantycoverageappliesfor only90 daysfromthe dateof purchaseif this ridingequipmentis everusedfor commercialor rentalpurposes.

inall cases,if repairprovesimpossible,the ridingequipmentwill bereplacedfree of chargewiththe sameoranequivalentmodel.

Thebatterywill bereplacedfreeof chargefor 90 daysfromthe dateof purchaseif defectivein materialor workmanship(ourtestingprovesthatit willnot holda charge).

This warranty coversONLYdefects in material and workmanship. Sears will NOTpay for:

Expendableitemsthatbecomewornduringnormaluse,includingbut not limitedto blades,sparkplugs,aircleaners,belts, andoil filters.

eStandardmaintenanceservicing,oil changes,or tune-ups.

eTirereplacementor repaircausedby puncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchas nails,thorns,stumps,orglass.

eTireorwheel replacementor repairresultingfromnormalwear,accident,or improperoperationormaintenance.

eRepairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbut not limitedto damagecausedby towingobjectsbeyondthe capabilityof the ridingequipment,impactingobjectsthatbendthe frameor crankshaft,or over-speedingthe engine. Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbut notlimitedto, electricalandmechanicaldamagecaused by improperstorage,failureto usethe propergradeandamountof engineoil, failureto keepthe deckclearof flammable debris,orfailureto maintainthe ridingequipmentaccordingto the instructionscontainedinthe operator'smanual. Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedby fuel determinedto be contaminatedor oxidized(stale).In general,fuel shouldbe usedwithin30 daysof its purchasedate.

Normaldeteriorationandwearof theexteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.

Thiswarrantyappliesonlywhilethis productis withinthe UnitedStates.

Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights,andyou mayalso haveother rightswhichvaryfromstateto state.
