Important information

Adjusting the master volume

Use VOLUME +, to adjust the volume.

The adjustable range may vary depending on input signal and channel level settings.

You can also operate via the main unit. In this case, perform the following

operations.

Turn VOLUME to adjust the volume.

Turning off the sound temporarily

Press MUTE.

The sound is reduced to the level set at “Mute Level” (vpage 66).

To cancel, press MUTE again. Muting can also be canceled by adjusting the master volume.

Playing a Blu-ray Disc player/DVD player

The following describes the procedure for playing Blu-ray Disc player/ DVD player.

1 Prepare for playback.

q Turn on the power of the TV, subwoofer and player.

w Change the TV input to the input of this unit.

e Load the disc in the player.

2 Pressunit. ON to turn on power to the

3 Press BD or DVD twice to switch the input source for the player used for playback.

4 Play the component connected to this unit.

Make the necessary settings on the player (language setting, subtitles setting, etc.) beforehand.

Playing a CD player

The following describes the procedure for playing CD player.

1 Prepare for playback.

w Load the disc in the player.

Only USB memory devices conforming to mass storage class can be played on this unit.

This unit is compatible with USB memory devices in “FAT16” or “FAT32” format.
