Motor to Spindle Bolt Replacement:
Subject:
Replace motor to spindle bolts with longer bolts. Original Bolts may not keep Motor tight to spindle.
Service Required:
1.Clean the head, especially the area around the Motor and Spindle connection. Remove the four bolts which attach the motor to the spindle. Lift the motor off the spindle and place it to the side.
2.Place a clean lint free rag over the bearings in the spindle to protect them from contamination.
3.Clean the flange surface of both the motor and spindle of any gasket material or oil.
4.Clean and inspect the threads in the holes, use a thread tap to clean them if needed. Check to be certain the holes are drilled all the way through the housing, this is important as you will be installing longer bolts.
5. | Check the surface on the motor where the | 02891800 Bolt |
