MAINTENANCE

Lubrication

The Rhino 2500 is a rugged, dependable Blade that should perform satisfactorily with the following preventive maintenance:

Lubricate the Moldboard Pivot Pin, the Moldboard Tilt Pin, and Mainframe Swing Pin on the A-Frame after every 10 hours of operation. Decals are placed in locations about the implement indicating locations of Grease Fittings.

Replace excessively worn Grader Blade when ditching. A badly worn cutting edge increases the strain on the Blade and the Tractor and reduces efficiency.

If the Gauge Wheel is used, a Grease Fitting is provided at the Caster Pivot location and on Wheel Hub.
