OPERATION
Stopping the Engine
1.Move the throttle to the minimum position (tortoise symbol).pressing the blade switch.
2.Move the steering controls outward to the neutral position.
3.Disengage the mower deck by depressing the blade switch.
4.Raise the mower deck by pressing the foot pedal forward to the transport position.
5.When the machine is standing still, activate the parking brake by pulling the lever upward.
6.Turn the ignition key to the stop position. If the engine has been worked hard, allow it to idle a minute in order to attain a normal operating temperature before stopping. To prevent fouling the spark plugs, avoid idling the engine for longer periods.
7.Remove key. To prevent unauthorized use, always remove key when leaving the mower.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Leaving the ignition switch in any other position than OFF will cause the battery to be discharged.
Disengage the mower deck and move throttle to minimum
Raise deck to transport position
Place controls in neutral position to stop
