Opening and Closing the Filling Door
0 Open: Press the button DOOR/LIGHT (DEU R/
LICHT, PORTE/ECLAIR.). The filling door springs
open.
0 Close: Press the filling door firmly closed.
When the unit is switched on, the display DOOR/LIGHT (DEUR/LICHT,
PORTE/ECLAIR.) shows whether the filling door can be opened:
3 The washing drum is illuminated when the filling door is open. The light
goes out automatically after approx. 3 minutes.
Putting in the washing
3 For maximum filling quantity see „Programme tables“.
For information on the correct preparation of the washing see „sorting
and preparing the washing“.
0 1.Sort and prepare washing according to type and colour.
2. Open door: Press DOOR/LIGHT (DEUR/LICHT, PORTE/ECLAIR.) button.
Door springs open.
3. Put in washing.
Caution! Do not jam items of washing
when closing the door! Both textiles and
appliance can be damaged!
4. Close door tightly.
–green: The door can be opened (not when the program saving func-
tion is activated, for details see the section ”Program Saving”)
–off: The door cannot be opened at present
–red: The door is open
