Installation on a not hard floor

When you install the appliance on a not hard floor (wooden planks floor), put a rigid support plinth under the appli- ance feet to prevent the noise and the vibration.

Assemble the plinth with a waterproof wood panel (min. 15 mm thick) and at-

tach it to the beams of the floor with minimum 2 screws.

The plinth must extend of some cm more than the edges of the appliance. We recommend you to install the appli- ance in one of the corners of the room, where the floor is more stable.

Connect the hose to the appliance. Turn the inlet hose only left or right. Loose the ring nut to set it in the cor- rect position.

Connect the water inlet hose to the cold water tap with 3/4 thread.

CAUTION!

Make sure that there are no leaks from the couplings.

Do not use an extension hose if the inlet hose is too short. Con- tact the service centre for the re- placement of the inlet hose.

Water pressure

The appliance works correctly if the wa- ter pressure is not less than 0.05 MPa (0.5 bar).

If you can not connect the water inlet hose to the cold water tap of the pri- mary hydraulic system, connect it to your domestic cold water storage sys- tem.

Make sure not to have more than a dis- tance of 5.02 m (16.5 ft) between the appliance inlet hose and the bottom of the water storage tank.

Another key feature is the ÖKOInverter motor. This brushless motor is engineered for energy efficiency and durability, providing quiet operation and a longer lifespan. The inverter technology enables direct drive, minimizing energy loss during operation and contributing to lower utility bills.

The L 87680 FL and L 87480 FL also incorporate the SoftPlus feature. This technology ensures that fabric softener is distributed evenly throughout the wash cycle, enhancing softness and fragrance. Additionally, the machine’s Woolmark Blue certification guarantees that users can safely wash their wool garments without the risk of damage.

In terms of convenience, both models come equipped with a large and intuitive touchscreen display. This interface allows users to easily select from a variety of washing programs, including specialized options for items such as delicates, sportswear, and denim. The models showcase a spacious drum capacity, accommodating large loads, which is ideal for families or those who frequently wash bulky items.

AEG has also prioritized sustainability in these designs. Both washing machines are rated with high energy efficiency, translating to reduced environmental impact while delivering excellent performance.
