'Upgrade' page components
Upgrade Preconditions
The following fields are shown:
'Active software version'
Indicates the software version the AST350i is currently using.
'Passive software version'
Indicates the software version resident in the AST350i, but not used. This could be a newer version which is yet to be switched to active, but also a dormant older version.
Software path field
Allows you to specify the path to the AST350i upgrade software package to be uploaded.
Clicking
allows you to browse to the location of the upgrade software.
A valid AST350i software package must reside either on a local drive, on a floppy disk or a CDrom.

Proceed as follows:
1.Browse to the 'Upgrade' page.
2.In the 'Active software version' field the software package that is running is labeled.
Check whether the 'Passive software version' field is empty. If
not, click 
.
3.Click 
next to the 'Software path' input field to locate the upgrade software package
Note: If the path is known you can immediately enter it in the Software path' input field and skip steps 3. to 5. in this procedure.
